Dr. Friedrich has spent decades helping people do one of the hardest things there is — figure out who they were made to be and actually live like it.

With a background that spans higher education, organizational leadership, church ministry, speaking, and coaching, Elaine has walked alongside individuals and teams at every stage of the purpose journey. She has taught at the graduate level, led leadership development for thousands of volunteers, and overseen academic programs across dozens of campuses. What has stayed constant across every chapter is this: a deep conviction that every person was created on purpose, for a purpose — and that most people just haven't had someone help them discover it yet. That conviction is what led her to found the School of Intentional Living.

Today, Elaine partners with individuals, leaders, and organizations who are ready to stop drifting and start living with intention. Through speaking, training and coaching, she helps people get clear on their kingdom calling, make purpose-driven decisions, and build a life — and a culture — that reflects who they were made to be.
